Supporting Broomfield’s First Responders

Established in 2003 by Rotary members including Police Chief Tom Deland, Fire Chief John O’Hayre, and Rotarian John Abboud, the Broomfield Rotary Police and Fire Fund helps support the families of our local first responders during times of hardship.

Administered by the Broomfield Rotary Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the fund provides assistance to Broomfield police officers and firefighters and their families facing  unexpected challenges due to injury in the line of duty.

Each year, the Rotary Club of Broomfield hosts the Police and Fire Golf Tournament, the primary fundraiser supporting this effort. Proceeds from the tournament help ensure the fund is available when our first responders and their families need it most.

Below you can sign up to play in the tournament or become a sponsor and help support Broomfield’s police officers and firefighters.
