The Sweepstakes is a fundraiser for the nonprofit Broomfield Rotary Charitable Foundation, Inc PO BOX 332, Broomfield, CO 80038.

 

How do I get tickets for the Sweepstakes?
Sweepstakes Tickets may be obtained in the following manner: (1) ordering online by visiting https://www.tapkat.org/broomfield-rotary-charitable-foundation-inc/NkXAL9 and submitting an online ticket form with a donation; (2) by mailing (postage paid) your check or money order for the appropriate entry amount along with your full name, email, phone number and address (all required to enter) to: Broomfield Rotary Charitable Foundation, Inc, Attn: Sweeptakes Entries, PO BOX 332, Broomfield, CO 80038; (3) or by requesting a Sweepstakes Ticket without a donation by using the method outlined in the Rules.

 

Can I enter the Sweepstakes by postal mail?
Entrants who wish to purchase tickets to enter the sweepstakes can do so by mailing (postage paid) a check or money order for the appropriate entry amount along with your full name, email, phone number and address (all required to enter) to: Broomfield Rotary Charitable Foundation, Inc, Attn: Sweeptakes Entries, PO BOX 332, Broomfield, CO 80038.

 

What is the Grand Prize?
The Grand Prize is a 1967 Corvette Convertible 327/350 4-Speed. The sweepstakes winner will win a 1967 Corvette Convertible 327/350 4-Speed or $50,000 cash. In order for the 1967 Corvette Convertible 327/350 4-Speed or the $50,000 prize to be awarded, a minimum of $150,000 in donations must be raised. In the event less than $150,000 is raised Broomfield Rotary Charitable Foundation, Inc will award a cash prize as stated in the Rules.

 

What is the minimum amount of money that must be raised to award the Grand Prize?
As stated in the Rules under the Prize section, in order for the 1967 Corvette Convertible 327/350 4-Speed or the $50,000 cash option prize to be awarded, a minimum of $150,000 in donations must be raised.

 

What is the Grand Prize if the Minimum to Award Prize is not met?
As stated in the Rules under the Prize section, in order for the 1967 Corvette Convertible 327/350 4-Speed or the $50,000 prize to be awarded, a minimum of $150,000 in donations must be raised. In the event less than $150,000 is raised Broomfield Rotary Charitable Foundation, Inc will award a cash prize as stated in the Rules.

 

Who can buy a ticket for this Sweepstakes?
The Sweepstakes is open to anyone 18 years or older. Citizens and residents of the U.S. and any other country in which sweepstakes are legal may enter this sweepstakes. For more details on eligibility, please see the Rules. All federal, state, local laws and regulations apply.

 

What is the donation amount per ticket?

 

  • (1) $25 for 10 tickets

  • (2) $50 for 25 tickets

  • (3) $100 for 65 tickets

  • (4) $200 for 150 tickets

  • (5) $350 for 300 tickets

  • (6) $500 for 500 tickets

  • (7) $1,000 for 1200 tickets

  • (8) $2,000 for 2600 tickets

How many tickets can I buy for this sweepstakes?

What are the odds of winning?

The odds of winning the prize depend on the total number of sweepstakes tickets issued.

When does the sweepstakes end?
The sweepstakes ends at 11:59pm MDT on April 17, 2024.

 

When will the winning ticket number be drawn?
The winning ticket number will be drawn at Online at approximately 7:00pm MDT on April 25, 2024.

 

Do I have to be present at the drawing of the winning ticket number to win?

No, you do not have to be present when the winning ticket number is drawn to win.

How will the winner be notified?
The sweepstakes winner will be notified on 7:00pm MDT on April 25, 2024 by phone and/or email based on the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase. We will post the winner's name and ticket number on this website.

 

Are ticket purchases tax-deductible?
Your ticket purchase is a donation to the nonprofit Broomfield Rotary Charitable Foundation, Inc. Check with your accountant to determine if your donation is tax-deductible. We do not warrant that your donation is or is not tax-deductible.

 

Are sweepstakes prizes considered to be income?
Yes. The prize winner will be required to submit all applicable IRS forms and pay taxes due in order to be awarded the prize.

How do I redeem the prize if I'm the winner?
Broomfield Rotary Charitable Foundation, Inc will contact the winner and provide all the details on pickup or delivery of the prize and appropriate paperwork. If the prize winner elects the cash prize, the prize will be delivered by U.S. Mail, wire transfer or other mutually acceptable means.
