Rotary is a worldwide organization of more than 1.2 million business, professional, and community leaders. Members of Rotary clubs, known as Rotarians, provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world.
There are 33,000 Rotary clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas. Clubs are nonpolitical, nonreligious, and open to all cultures, races, and creeds. As signified by the motto Service Above Self, Rotary’s main objective is service — in the community, in the workplace, and throughout the world. The Broomfield Rotary Club has been active in our community since 1958.
As a new member, you’ll get a chance to become more involved in your community and to provide aid to other parts of the world through the opportunities that your Rotary club and Rotary International offer.
Broomfield Rotary hopes that you will review our web site at www.broomfieldrotary.org, our district web site at www.rotary5450.org and our Rotary International web site at www.rotary.org to become better aware of what Rotary is all about.
In order to familiarize yourself with our local club, you are invited to attend 3 meetings as our guest. After having an introduction to our Club, its membership and our involvement in the community, you can express your interest in joining the club, where you will be voted into membership by the club.
Please fill out the following page or the online application so that we can get to know you and Email a copy to your sponsor (one will be assigned if you do not have one) as well as our Club President, Clayton Shearer, our Membership Chairperson Lauren Robydek, or our Club Secretary, Howard Shuster.
We genuinely appreciate your interest in our Rotary Club and look forward to getting to know you!
President Broomfield Rotary
