How secure is our Rotary data?

Private information is secured using unique logins and passwords. Access to club information is restricted to those that normally manage such club records  For example, an individual member can only see public and club information, and the membership directory.  A specific member can only change personal information that is specific to them.  The Public can visit our public web page, however they can not access information for members such as the Rotary Membership Directory.

Data on the ClubRunner server is protected by anti-virus software that protects against any unauthorized intrusion. Backups of data are made daily and stored off-site.
