The Broomfield Rotary Club is a group of individuals committed to serving the community and having fun. We are part of Rotary International, a worldwide organization of more than 1.2 million business, professional, and community leaders who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world.
Our club has been active in Broomfield since 1958, and we have supported many local and global projects over the years.
Some of our recent initiatives include:
- - Providing assistance to families and individuals in need through Broomfield FISH, A Precious Child, CASA, Wounded Warrior Project, and Global Hope.
- - Supporting education and youth development through Bal Swan, Healthy Learning Paths, Broomfield Veterans Museum, Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, and Rotary Youth Exchange.
- - Improving lives and creating a better Broomfield through our annual Tom Deland Memorial Golf Tournament, which benefits the Broomfield Rotary Foundation's Police and Fire Fund. This fund provides financial assistance to police officers and firefighters who are injured or lost in the line of duty.
As a member of the Broomfield Rotary Club, you will have the opportunity to:
- - Participate in our weekly meetings every Thursday evening at the Broadlands Golf Course, where we enjoy dinner and a program designed to keep us informed about what is going on in the community, the nation, and the world.
- - Engage in service projects that match your interests and abilities, both locally and internationally.
- - Network with other professionals and community leaders who share your values and vision.
- - Develop your leadership and communication skills through various roles and responsibilities within the club.
- - Enjoy fellowship and friendship with fellow Rotarians who are passionate about making a difference.
